Another fun birthday movie, this time with Ms. Wilde. We saw Echo In The Canyon at the Esquire, another favorite neighborhood theater of mine. I loved this film!
From its website: Echo In The Canyon celebrates the explosion of popular music that came out of LA's Laurel Canyon in the mid-60s as folk went electric and The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Buffalo Springfield and The Mamas and the Papas gave birth to the California Sound.
I'm listening to the soundtrack now on Hoopla. Can't wait to get it for real and put it on my computer instead of just borrowing it. I've always loved songs of the 60s. This will be a great addition to my music library.
