My family wasn't able to get together for Thanksgiving this year and Michelle was alone too so we decided to do our first Wilde Adventure on Thanksgiving Day. The weather was yucky so Ande said we could wear whatever we wanted since it was his turn to plan. Michelle came over in sittin' clothes and I wasn't far behind her with my leggings and plaid shirt.
We drove about an hour then ventured across the river to Indiana and ended up at the Belterra Casino Resort for their Thanksgiving buffet. It was DE-LISH!! Everything you can think of — all made there on the premises. A huge raw seafood bar, homemade pizza, cheesy lasagna, prime rib, baked glazed salmon, honey-baked ham, roasted pork loin, fried chicken, turkey and stuffing, an antipasto station, a big ol' salad bar, fresh fruit, all kinds of veggies, potato casseroles galore, homemade gelato sundaes and a dessert bar to make any girl go off her low carb food plan.
Best part is, we ate, played the slots then went back and ate again!! Ande even turned $2 into $23 on the penny slots. It was definitely a WILDE day. So much to be grateful for.
