Pearl has been hanging around more. She's been sitting on the back of the couch in the sun a lot. We really do need to get another kitten or two. It's really quiet around here.
The photos I filled my timeline here with yesterday are all OAR cats. And I saw the CUTEST grey & white fluffy, maybe 4- to 6-month-old kitten at our meeting point, Pet Supplies Plus, on Friday when I went in to buy some cat food. I don't remember what rescue he was from, but he was adorable...
@sjoblues Thank you Shannon. I went to OAR and played with the kittens last week. I will go to our place and check him out. We are missing Honey so badly. We need some new life around here. I am so used to crazy, kitten antics. Even though Honey was six she was just like a kitten.
@yogiw I know it takes time to find the right one(s). After I lost Fergus & Finnegan in 2019, in May and August that year, It wasn't until January 2020 that I found the two I have now. I went multiple times to OAR, SPCA in Sharonville and Northside, the Warren Co. and Butler Co. shelters, adoption centers in several PetSmarts... Then I saw these two in a PetFinder listing for Joseph's Legacy, a rescue out here in the West Chester/Mason area, and thought they could be "the ones." And when I met them, I knew they were!
