Ande and I went to the Milford Art Affaire for the afternoon. I had three artists I really liked but I think this one was my favorite. Mosaic artist Amy Noffsinger from Out of Bound Creations won second prize. Each was better than the next. If I had to pick just one, I don't think I could have done it.
