Viticultural Research Station by yorkshirekiwi

Viticultural Research Station

Constructed by the government in 1902 as part of the Te Kauwhata Viticulture Research Station, this building later became the winery for Rongopai Wines in 1932. Just this year Invivo wines (of Graham Norton fame) have taken over and using it as a bottling plant. I'm hoping soon, we will have wine tastings and a cafe!
Fingers crossed - we could hold our book club meetings here.....
