I really love this particular road trip. Cross country to the beach, lunch, a stroll along the beach. Then back home via the high coast road.

@laroque LOL, yes, but if I was in North Yorkshire, it would be blowing a gale, and I'd be freezing, as it's the middle of winter. A lot of NZ reminds me of different parts of Britain. Guess that's why I'm happier in NZ, than when we lived in Australia

@yorkshirekiwi I had a feeling it was. I've only ever been on that road when the fog was so thick we could only see a few feet in front of the car and no views!
