I was actually out waiting for the birds to feed off the flax, when this bright green blob caught my eye. On closer inspection I discovered it was a frog. I was a bit concerned about it being out in the sun, but when I googled to find out it's name, it seems that they are quite unusual in the frog world in that they like to bask in the sun and are active during the day. So there you go, I needn't have worried.
