Only an hours flight from Auckland to Wellington, but beautiful scenery on a beautiful day. This is Mount Taranaki. We also saw the Marlborough Sounds, although that was a bit hazy due to the fires in Nelson. Not many photos today as we visited the NZ houses of parliament where cameras were confiscated. Fascinating being in the chamber for question time! Start of the bike ride tomorrow
