Went out on my bike this morning, and did a bit of fossiking as I pedalled along. Firstly I found this hydrangea displaying it's beautiful autumnal colours. Then I remembered that my friend had told me to help myself to figs as her tree had collapsed. Just love these colours together
@jamibann I’ve obviously been in the Southern Hemisphere too long. It’s an Aussie/ Nz term originating from the mines. Prospecting for gold or minerals. Generally looking for things. I think it’s a great word. I think it might originally have come from the Cornish mines
