I'm not terribly keen on pumpkin, although I do quite like a thai pumpkin soup. I found this one in our post box. I suspect from our local postie. I've also got free range eggs coming, also by contactless delivery. The local essentials shop has ran out already, but a friend has come to my rescue. That came about as we were in the same zoom exercise class this morning. Technology is pretty amazing sometimes
One year after Halloween we had many pumpkins that I didn't want to throw away. Now I have a whole set of pumpkin recipes. Soups always work well and it works well in curries too!
