Yes, that's what I'm making. Keeping myself entertained while in lockdown. We had high hopes of being let out on Friday, but no the government has just announced that we are to remain at home for another 5 days.
I did an Ottolenghi roasted veg quiche last night. A lot of work for something I could have bought from our local deli, but hey ho, it was made with love and some veggies from our garden! Nice image of your ingredients. I hope the quiche was good!
