This is Manu, a two-year-old female Eclectus parrot who I met at the Highland games. Her owners have taken her everywhere with them since she was 3 months old. Although the sound of bagpipes and drums didn't bother her, she did get a bit of a fright when her dad stood up suddenly as he had pins and needles. She didn't go far though, and he was able to retrieve her easily. I swapped emails with her mum and sent her some of the photos i took
