Water Crossing

Finally reached the Gibb Road. We are travelling in 3 roof top campers. This is one of our group crossing one of the many water hazards

The Gibb Road was closed when we were there last year - because of rain. That was the beginning of July.

@dkbarnett yes, we've been very lucky. El Questro gorge only opened after we'd left, but we were able to drive up to Mitchell Falls. Bit scary at times, but we felt very adventurous. We were lucky to do Windjamma and Tunnel end, 5 years ago, when there was a drought, so feel we got the best of both visits

@yorkshirekiwi We stayed at El Questro and did go up the El Questro Gorge - it was seriously impressive - as is a lot of the country up that way. Enjoy :-)
