Swallow's Nest

Discovered this swallow's nest under a bridge and surrounded by graffiti. Trains run over the top of this bridge, but it still doesn't seem to bother the birds

They do build an interesting mud nest. It looks like it will be pretty protected there under the bridge.

Like the contrast of the nest and the graffiti... we have them busy building nests in the cowshed .. I was watching them the other day ... they are fascinating ..
