Impasse by ziggy77

Impasse

The public footpath had been uneventful for Casey, camera and I. I had been trying to get some shots of the stream and turned around to see this big ball of wool. All three of us just stood for quite a while until the ewe decided to turn and head in the direction we were headed. I assumed it would disappear from where it came, but no when it realised it was trapped by the gate it turned around gave us one last stare and came at full tilt towards us, never seen one move so fast.(or my heart beat so fast). Thank you for your visits, comments and favs, all very much appreciated.

You captured it really well, Jo. Is that during the attack? You must have been brave to keep calm and shoot.
