It was a bit of a walk to this little stream in the woods and as the rain began to pour down and was very muddy and slippery with the fallen leaves, I was of two minds to turn back but, as both me and Casey, my Dalmation were already wet decided to carry on, However when I saw this ... I think it was well worth the struggle.

Gorgeous shot - so what's a little rain (as long as you were able to keep the camera dry!). So worth it - this is simply beautiful. Your composition of the silky water and wonderful light was wonderful!
I wonder if the rain had this stream fuller and moving along faster than normal. Great subject for a photo no matter what the level of water. I like how the longer exposure gave the falling water a smooth look.
