Was so pleased to see this elusive guy today on the dog walk-he has been very scarce this year. Of course didn't have camera, so returned, walked up an down the stream to find him again. He was at the top of the falls, almost hidden behind the trees and branches (the blurry bits) and has he filled out somewhat! Real chubby chappie. They are rarely still as they dip up and down constantly, slightest movement and they are off flying low down stream.

Great shot,well done. Like you say they never stay still. I thought I had got one a couple of weeks ago, perfect position on opposite bank, click and you can just make him out under the water. Oh, well I must keep trying.
