Love this pretty shot!! Hoping you can answer a question about your technique...at 500 ISO, I get a lot of graininess with the Nikon D7100. Can you share how you avoided that? This shot is tack sharp with no graininess, and it is sooc!!

@janetb Hi Janet, in the early days with the 7100 I too felt it suffered with a lot of graininess - it is difficult one, although surprised as 500 ISO does not seem to be particularly high, I have my ISO noise reduction set to Normal.

@ziggy77 Thanks so much for responding, Jo. I’ll keep trying for less grainy shots. I try to use a tripod a lot to allow me to keep the ISO at 100, but I don’t always have my tripod with me.
