Yaw free lenses remove the tilt of tall buildings and so give an upright straight image. To straighten my sunflower I did a yaw free technique to change the angle of perspective on good old SnapSeed!!
Thanks to Babs for fining this technique for me @onewing
Just need a zebra tomorrow for last alphabet scene!
@monikozi Pedestrian crossings without traffic signals with the black and white stripes on the ground are called Zebra Crossings - it was named in the 1940s I believe and after the stripes you see on a zebra.
@casablanca I was trying to give Jackie a helping hand with finding a zebra for tomorrow's letter :D :D :D in case she is not visiting Diana
But it's good to know that the naming came in in the 40s - that bit i didn't know
I think it is absolutely amazing that you have been able to complete your alphabet this month! You’ve done it in the most impressive way. I have never heard of this lens but can see how it would be some thing and desirable specially for architectural photos! That being said you have utilized it well for this photo which is stunning.
Some say the pedestrian crossing is also called a zebra... I wonder where this thought came from :D
