I too am bothered by the laziness of those who discard their garbage where ever they choose. Picked up wrappers and plastic cups while trying to be creative yesterday as well.
@randystreat hahaha @joysabin it's not litter Joy, it's being washed out from the barrier that was put up mid 20th century that's been breached. Each high tide more is washed out, but no idea why it's full of Shippam's paste jars! And so many different designs!! I'll post my collection in the week!! @jacqbb I know!! @dutchothotmailcom my posture is appalling, eyes to ground!! @wendyfrost Chichester was the headquarters about 12 mikes away, I wonder if the donated unwanted, unused glassware to shore up the ( now broken) seawall? @kjarn it's such fun, @onewing I'd say the ratio to broken to complete it 1 in 20 to 30. So many are in half or lost their base @grammyn they may well star in one if next week flash of red treasures next week.
@jb030958 I use a toothbrush, washing up liquid and lots of disinfectant spray!! Some are stained with rust, some have a patina of rainbow colours that I don't scrub too hard on.
