Spotted a seal basking on a distant sandbank, zoomed in as best I could with point and shoot and cropped as close as possible. The seals in the harbour are quite lazy and wait for the tide to come in and lift them off the ground.
We also watched terns diving and catching fish, and being mobbed by black headed gulls to steal their catch
