These figures were bought by my grandparents when they lived in Malaya and came home with them when they returned to UK. I can remember them all my life in my grandparent's home and now in my dad's new flat too. A great way to keep family history and memories alive through the generations. They are beautifully carved and very tactile, just want to reach out and touch that wood..... Seems they also fulfil my push this week from @CottiaC to shoot an "Isolated on white" image
Pretty sure this definitely qualifies as an Isolated on White shot 😊 Just be great to remove the shadows somehow do you think? Don't forget to tag it...
I'm not Google but could you play with light sources? Add some, remove some and try with flash...etc..if they are near a window perhaps try shooting at a different time of day or close the blind/curtain...just thoughts coz I am anything but a pro 😊
One other thought would be to increase the distance between the Dancers and the wall, and add an extra light source - preferably a defused light source - behind them.
