Think about what you stand them on and what the background is... you don't want them to distract the eye from the chosen objects." Just a bit of fun.
Yes, it's fun but it still meets the brief. I like these ty=wo ouster figures being included in the 'family'... it makes the shot more unusual and interesting. In these two still life shots, you have chosen things that are of the same or similar type (the figures here and the beautifully arrange candles int the other one) Still life isn 't my strong point, but I like to see what others do with it. I imagine I would try a mix of kitchen objects if I did one... Maybe I will one day! Meanwhile I am struggling with your collage challenge - not making the collage but choosing the items!
