Phi grid, very much so. Like very much that you have managed to get the fire on one intersection of the grid and his eyes almost on the other.
Don't know if you use light room but if you do you can see the grid by selecting the crop overlay tool and then pressing o and it will go through various different ones including the Phi grid. It is quite interesting to compare shots taken using the rule of thirds vs the phi grid and see which appeals most. No hard and fast rules of course but I often find myself liking the phi more. Very well done. Hope you have fun with it.
