Horses

For get pushed this week @mcsiegle said: " For your challenge, I'd like you to think back to when you were a child. What would a 10 or 11 year old Anne photographed -- and what setting and mood would you have chosen?" I was all about horses at that age - and still to own one myself. These horses are the actual ones that I played with then!

A nice collection. I would have photographed the same thing, Anne. My favorite growing up were horses! I got my very own horse for my 13 th birthday! Best gift ever! Later on , I got another horse but I stopped showing, jumping and riding around age 23. Still love horses...

Please forgive the delay in response. I saw this shortly after you posted it and meant to comment right away but somehow got off track. I think you have aced the challenge. I can really picture you playing with these and dreaming of real horses. My sister was also into horses. I love the way you've arranged them and used the sand as landscape. Mission accomplished!
