@randystreat Yes, Kathy it is indeed a Yucca! Only rarely flowers though, think this may be the second time in around 20 years? The other one is an Acanthus Spinosus or "Armed Bear Breeches" it was a houseplant my husband rescued many years ago, I got fed up with it so planted it out, it grew and grew and now flowers too!
