In school, I was a visual learner. Decades later, I still am. My long-standing interest in photography, is an outgrowth of this. Photography is also a good fit for my introvert-ish personality. I live in a part of the world (near Tucson, AZ, USA, in the Sonoran desert) known for its sweeping, majestic landscapes, but I prefer focusing on the details. My ultimate photographic objective is to make the ordinary, extraordinary. Hard to do, but I keep trying.

My Journey with 365project.org coincides with my determination to get out daily and walk 2-3 miles. Nearly all of these photos were taken on these walks.
