Now that most of the trees have gone bare, the final holdouts are easy to find. Not only is this tree breathtakingly beautiful, it's situated so perfectly alongside the gray-blue home, a perfect colour backdrop.
I'm going to miss the changing seasons. In the time we have left here in Lunenburg I'm going to savour every nuance and every moment...
I set out to photograph "Local Wonders" for the challenge. This is certainly a "seasonal wonder"!
@lily Isn't it funny how we become "attached to one another" watching and following each other's travel plans! We leave Lunenburg on the 13th...spend a week in Chicago with our daughter and Bodhi...arrive in Orange Cty the night of the 19th, and the next morning, take a train up the california coast to see our other daughter and her boys. After that it's time to stay put and make the house ready for Christmas! The whole gang will be with us there! (I noted what you wrote about "my reverie"... life's been really good...I certainly try not to overlook that gift!)
