He's Back! Only minutes ago Marshmallow was sighted as he made his nightly rounds, and like a Comic Book Hero, he saved the day when the best things I had to offer until now were pictures of the ducks. Not that "our" ducks don't make perfectly good subject matter, but this little guy brightens each evening that he stops by.
No textures, tricks or gimmicks...just fuzzy cuteness!
@speights My daughter got to see him when she visited, and this little guy will sit up and, with his paws, take a marshmallow from our fingers. Heather was over the moon that she made that connection, too!
What a cutie!! To me there is just nothing better than connecting with nature!! Marshmallow is such a cute name!!! Give him something to eat from his Aunt Kathy!! FAV!!!
@cashew I know we're two of a kind, Kathy! You've probably seen that we call him Marshmallow because those are our special treats for him! Thanks for the fave...I'll tell him the next marshmallow came from Georgia!
@taffy remember, Taffy, you'd noted in the past that this one is "trained"... I get my photos...he gets his marshmallows! Clearly I have no wonderful photo set up for his arrival...just Ken calling out that "he's here!", but I love his ever visit and my "snapshots"!
@kerosene Caroline, if you follow my "raccoon" tags, you'll see I'm not one of the squeamish ones, worrying they'll give me rabies about the time they move into my attic with all the family! I'm not foolish and won't be scooping one up for a cuddle, but they're a silly delight to have around, and they've provided a wealth of photos, both here in CA and in the summers in Canada! (They're ALL special...Provide them with healthy vittles and marshmallows!)
Oh how did I miss Marshmallow? So pleased he still visits! What a delight he must be for you and Ken! Great that your daughter saw him too! Lovely capture of my favourite 365 "pet"! Lol! Fav!
Everytime I see a racoon I'm thinking of you now (well not in live of course because I never seen a rwild one in France).
But unfortunatly I'm alson thinking of you when I saw those **"ยจ^^##** stupid people with their coats full on raccon's fur.
