I've taken photos from before sun-up until after sundown when the horizon was alight with colour... but here's how I spent the afternoon! I took one photo and ran with it, altered it, morphed it, redid it, collaged it and tested it, and now that the day here is coming to an end, this is what I have to show for my afternoon's work!
I love what you are able to do with your processing skills. Love this - it looks like a great afternoon's work!! Fav! I had a play today but so very basic compared to what you do!!
Beautiful done. You are a great artist with brilliant photo idea`s. Fav.
Thank for you so nice comment/answer on my 2222 pic. It became a way of life and I needed a stop and reflection. But with those great support of my followers and friends I should realize I can`t do this. You `re right with all the reasons you `ve mention. thank you again. It was a great help.
@ethelperry Thanks, Ethel. No pain in my arm and wrist... I set the mouse where my arm is most comfortable and work that way. Collaging items, as in this photo, isn't far different from standing at my art table and putting parts together, colouring, cutting and all that! It's probably even easier in the long run once I get the hang of it! Thanks for the "Fave for Effort" : )
@dsp2@jerome Thank you both for the supportive words! I've much to learn, but I'm enjoying this!
@gaylewood I'm finding that the more I do, the more quickly I can move along. I can even dump an attempt without regret when I know I can do it once more and hopefully improved! I could happily spend everyday creating collaged images! Thanks for your nice words!
@pamknowler You have laughed to have seen what I thought I'd post, how it was cast aside when I went and took the photo of the book, "played" with another picture (that wasn't used as planned) and went looking for "anything that would do"... And that bee... I did one other thing, liked what I was seeing, but decided to take it a different direction...and Voila! Happier with this than yesterday's hydrangea!
PS... my neighbour, Christine, came over for coffee this morning and she began to look through my cards,,, She loved them and wants t\me to teach her, too! I sent her home with several!
@Weezilou I am laughing - cookery lessons plus processing and making cards lessons - you should start a little business!! In fact you could do tutorials on YouTube!! What a great idea!!
@radiogirl Thank you Kathy! I think you may have been one of the first people to say you liked what I was "trying to do"...stamp carving, remember? Thanks again : )
@seattlite Gloria, you're always so nice to stop by with encouraging words!
Thanks for you so nice comment. Yep, there is more between heaven and earth ...... This ( beech) wood is near us and not long ago planted. We `ve many evergreens to in our country but they grows on sand. Ina send her love and a big thanks for you comment on her pic.
