Ullswater at Dawn

Re-inforcing my inability to possibly take 365 photos in a year (and my awe at those who do manage it), this is a photo taken last summer that I've only just got round to processing.

Possibly the most photographed boathouse in the world, this is at the head of Ullswater in the Lake District, England.

The sun has just risen over the western fells and is hitting the boathouse with the warm dawn light. Taken at 6:40am, all the more impressive since I'm not a morning person!
So lovely! Perfect lighting and well worth the early morning rise :)
