Power across the Prairie

Today was a Scottsbluff day, and these two runs of power lines catch my eye every time I travel that highway. With the snow finally gone all I had to face was a stiff wind, so I clambered over a fence to try and get as many marching across horizon as I could. I thought perhaps with the snows the pastures would be greening, but I think we now need warm weather. Hopefully that will arrive this weekend.

They look like they go on forever. Great clouds & sky. I hate power lines in the city but these look very unique across the prairie.

Wonderful capture and composition of the power lines. When I see these pylons they have always reminded me of a 1950's apron or dress.
