As my eye wanders across the horizon trying to compose an image I can use with the 10mm I am immediately attracted to the weeds and flowers along the side of the road. I don't think I can overcome my natural inclination to look down. It only took a second or two to swap lenses and get a close look at these odd florets on the milkweed flower. The stalk and leaves are not particularly attractive, but these little pink stars are striking.
