Visited my parents today and arrived late afternoon just as thunderstorms were beginning to build up in the west. By the time we had visited the cemetery for Memorial Day and returned home the storm was sitting over the buttes and starting to look a bit menacing. Rather than encounter any hail I cut my visit short and headed for home. Ran into a bit of rain, but missed any bad weather this system may have left in its wake.
