On his late evening walk eldest noticed a lot of owl activity around the grain bins. We stopped to look, and it seemed to be concentrated around an old unused overhead bin. Took a look up into the bin this morning, and there is a family of barn owls nesting there. Saw four for sure ... pretty difficult to photograph as I was focusing up the open bottom into the bin. Will undoubtedly try this again some evening when they are more active.
@fullcircle I love seeing owls. Barn owls are a small owl that mainly eat rodents, and there are plenty of mice around the feedmill and in the feedyard.
