Marta @whimsicalgrateful pushed me to try some work with a van Gogh twist. I'm afraid my editing skills are too rudimentary to accomplish what I envisioned. While I took this image with van Gogh's "Sorrowing Old Man ('At Eternity's Gate')" in mind, I could not manage the photoshop processing, so youngest graciously stepped in to give it the Van Gogh twist it needed.
Marta @whimsicalgrateful ... tough challenge, but with the help of youngest I did get one more to post. I do wish I could have found sunflowers!

Challenging! But not bad, certainly evoked the image of the painting.

@aecasey Sorry, I didn't mean to make things too difficult for you. I think you did really well though and I like this one a lot, especially the chair.

I really like the comp, colour, and feeling. There is such a lot to learn in Photoshop. I have barely scratched the surface myself.

@whimsicalgrateful Ahhh...I am just slow at learning this processing. Youngest keeps telling me to be patient and practice, practice, practice, and you did give me the chance to do that!
