With heavy clouds and snow showers at sunset I knew I would miss seeing the conjunction of Venus, Mars, and the crescent moon. Glancing out the window a few hours later I spied the moon shining through the bare branches and rushed outside. I had to wait as the moon dipped in and out of the cloud layer and my settings were mostly by guess, but I did get to see the conjunction!
So cool! My son is really into space and I had a hard time getting him to go to bed after showing him this...he just wanted to keep looking at it and had SO many questions :) Nice capture.
Hi, we are partnered in the get pushed challenge this week. I have been trying to dream up a challenge for you as your albums have so many different and fabulous captures. How about taking 3 to 5 items and creating a still life with them? I will leave the subject totally up to you.
