The fresh night air was too inviting to ignore, so I wandered over to the crabapple tree for another go at light painting. This time I tried brushstrokes of directed light on the blossoms. The odd will-o-the-wisps were my attempt at backlighting, forgetting that when the light is pointed at the camera it paints a splash.
