Western Kingbird by aecasey

Western Kingbird

While the butterflies were busy flitting amidst the sunflowers, this flycatcher was perched on the fence flying up every now and then for an insect snack.
Awesome picture.

April thank you for answering my question on macro for canon t3i. Question, I am going to take your suggestion and get a 50mm 1.8 and a set of extension tubes. What size tubes do I need and do I need extra rings to screw any of these into my camera? It came with an 18-55 lens so how do I know what size I need? Sorry I am such a novice and trying to learn.

I looked back at your shots and love your work, especially the close ups.
