I waited to go to the powwow until evening, which was a mistake. They didn't have much for lighting, so I couldn't really get any photos. This grass dancer was sitting in front of me, and every now and then he'd turn toward the light. I love the intricacy of their dance outfits. I had hoped to get the shawl dancers with a slow shutter for my chaos challenge, but they didn't dance. I did find this headdress with the wind movement rather chaotic though.
