Took granddaughter to dance where that bright, talkative, energetic young lady morphed into a quiet, shy and subdued little girl. Still, she practiced all her dance steps, and even seemed to have a bit of fun with their traditional "Hokey Pokey" closing dance. And, as soon as we got in the car she was back to her bright, talkative, and energetic normal self.
@vignouse She's just terribly shy around children and people outside of her family so down comes the curtain when she's out and about. Thankfully she loves dance and loves her teacher so she pushes through and stays the course.
