This small cemetery was established in the late 1800's and used until around 1950. It sits atop a rise next to a pasture where horses graze. This week it is filled with these volunteer irises. Quite beautiful little things, most likely from the days before the big, fancy hybrids. They provide nature's decoration for the weekend.
