The yard filled with dragonflies this afternoon. This was the first one I noticed. Then came the little golden skimmers. Shortly thereafter the darners arrived. There were even a few slim, graceful damselflies. So ... be prepared ... I just had to get a photo of each suborder and I can't resist sharing.
