Oh my! I literally spent all day trying to get a photograph I liked of this broccoli. Although planted in May, it bolted in the heat of June, and only set on heads in September. Youngest son has been nursing it along hoping to get at least one mature head. Though this isn't quite as mature as he'd hoped, we dropped into single digits last night, so he reluctantly picked it before sunset. These are fascinating and beautiful. Even though immature you can see the pattern is repeated on the head, on each floret, and on the miniature parts of the florets. Nature is amazing! This shot is for my "fill the frame" challenge. Possibly BoB ....
Joan @joansmor Another for my challenge. It's a bit abstract, but I spent hours and hours and hours with this plant today and I just had to include it.
You have answered this challenge so well. I have had a busy week early an d then 2 days of rain. Going for a walk today and should be able to do my challenge.
