Friday was the anniversary of Dad's passing. A local oral historian gave us a cd of an interview she'd done with him. I've been reluctant, but I viewed it Friday and found it to be like a warm hug from my dad. I didn't know how mom would want to spend the afternoon, so I gave her the choice of watching the cd with me or going to the farm to take photographs. Now, mom finds my photography excursions excruciatingly boring, but that was her choice. She and youngest came along to see spring in the farmyard, but they wouldn't get out of the car! I had a lovely wander and visit. As for Dad's interview, I've digitized it and put it in dropbox for now so when she's ready, it's waiting.
Tina @tstb13 Thank you so much for this challenge. Had it not been for your challenge I'd probably never have ventured out to visit this farmyard. It was just the push I needed on a beautiful spring day, and I loved spending time seeing all the critters.
