The barn spiders weren't the only ones with orb webs in the grass. Much to my surprise we have argiopes again. We used to have lots of these spiders when the boys were young, but I haven't seen many the past many years. Not only are they more colorful than the barn spider, they incorporate a fun zig zag pattern in their webs.
