There are a dozens of monarchs in the windbreaks and stopping by the garden right now. Of course, I run for my camera with every one that drifts past. Then, along comes a black swallowtail, determined to have some coneflower time despite the monarch. So glad there was room for two.
Oops ... I mistook this Viceroy for a Monarch. I'm not sure I've ever had a Viceroy visit before. Cool!
