where is she? by aecasey

where is she?

Gone today, and she's dejected. I checked in at 5:30 for my hip surgery. Surgery itself went really well. Great experience as far as surgery goes I guess. Recovery? Well, that's another story. I thought childbirth was the worst pain I'd ever experience. WRONG! Walk out that afternoon? Absolutely not ... the next day .. I'm not leaving until the pain goes away. Friday .. ok ... it's bearable and I'm bored with my room.

What is it about home? Ditched the narcotic and started Advil. Feel soooo much better and the pain is gone. Now I just need to get the swelling down. I better really, really love this new hip because that was two days of abject misery, and not just for me I guess.
She is looking rather forlorn. I hope that your road to recovery is smooth and trouble-free

Our pets love us so much! The hip is going to be good as long as you keep up the therapy. I've had one hip and one knee done. Therapy is the key to either one. Prayers for quick and complete recovery!
