clover by aecasey

clover

My second anthotype. After I prepared the watercolor paper I cut it into three pieces. For this piece I used clover. I also didn't have quite as much coverage of my turmeric wash on this piece, and the sun really bleached out the exposed parts. Rather fun experiment. I read you can use transparency images too. I might have to revisit this to see how that works.
kali @kali66 I liked the hearts of the morning glory leaves, but I loved the delicate appearance of the clover.

You have some great portrait photos of children. My challenge for you this week is to take a portrait photo using split lighting. Split lighting involves “splitting” the face into two proportional halves, with one side being in the shadow and the other side being in the light. Let me know if this challenge doesn't appeal to you.
