Visited mom today. She's improving, though confused about her move to the nursing home. Still, we had a nice visit. She even walked us out! Then came the evening phone call. She had fallen. Fractured hip. At 95 I know this is the beginning of the end.
April I am so sorry. It is incredibly hard to juggle all the care and balance the concerns for a parent that age. I hope your mom is being well looked after, and you can find some peaceful moments looking at skies like these.
